The accommodation fee includes 1 night bed & breakfast accommodation between April 09, 2008 (check in) and April 11, 2008 (check out), The check-in hour is 14:00 and check-out hour is 12:00.
These dates can not be changed and for accommodation requests except these dates, the accommodation fee will be paid regarding to the number of the extra nights.

For the confirmation of your accommodation, you should send your accommodation form and your bank receipt via e-mail or fax. The confirmation proves that your accommodation process is completed. If you do not receive a confirmation, please note that there is an uncompleted process or missing information. In this case, please contact Topkon Congress Services. Please keep your letter of confirmation in order to present to the registration desk during the congress. Only registration-accommodation form or only bank receipt will not be accepted and your form will be added to the waiting list.

Congress Registration-Accommodation Package Payment Methods:

a. By Bank Transfer: Please note that the bank receipt which is a proof of the payment of the registration fee should be received by Topkon Congress Services with the registration form.

b. By Credit Card: You should send your signed registration form filling every necessary part about credit card details to Topkon Congress Services. If you choose to fill the form via web site, you should fill the mail order form due to the insecurity of internet.

* Important Warning: For paying by the credit card, your credit card should be available for the process of mail order. Please contact your bank to be sure about the availability of the mail order process.

Cancellation/ Refund Policy
For all accommodation cancellations every participant should appeal in writing to Topkon Congress Services.

The total amount of the accommodation except the bank transfer expenses will be refunded if written cancellation is received by Topkon Congress Services on/before January 15, 2008.

50% of the accommodation fee except the bank transfer expenses will be refunded if written cancellation is received between January 15, 2008 and February 15, 2008.

There will be no refund for cancellations received after February 15, 2008.
