Delegates, accompanying persons or company representatives have to register to the congress. Registration can either be made before the meeting applying to the organization secretariat or at the congress center.

Registration fee includes admission to scientific activities, lunches, coffee breaks, gala dinner, welcome reception, and abstract book, congress bag, badge and the certificate of attendance. Accompanying persons registration fee includes gala dinner, welcome reception, lunches, coffee breaks.

a. By Bank Transfer:Please note that the bank receipt which is a proof of the payment of the registration fee should be received by Topkon Congress Services with the registration form.

b. By Credit Card:You should send your signed registration form as fully filled including the part of credit card details to Topkon Travel. If you choose to fill the form via web site, you should fill the mail order form due to the insecurity of internet.
* Important Warning:For paying by the credit card, your credit card should be available for the process of mail order. Please contact your bank to be sure about the availability of the mail order process.
Confirmation
Upon receipt of full registration fee, each participant will receive a final confirmation. For the confirmation of your registration, you should send the registration form and your bank receipt via e-mail or fax. The confirmation proves that your registration process is completed. If you do not receive a confirmation, please note that there is an uncompleted process or missing information. In this case, please contact Topkon Congress Services. Please keep your letter of confirmation in order to present to the registration desk during the congress. Only registration form or only bank receipt will not be accepted and your form will be added to the waiting list.
Cancellation/ Refund Policy
For all registration-accommodation cancellations every participant should appeal in writing to Topkon Congress Services.
The total amount of the registration-accommodation except the bank transfer expenses will be refunded if written cancellation is received by Topkon Congress Services on/before January 15, 2008.
50% of the registration-accommodation fee except the bank transfer expenses will be refunded if written cancellation is received between January 15, 2008 and February 15, 2008.
There will be no refund for cancellations received after February15, 2008.
